			It's all running on an ubuntu machine with the posgres on the same machine
			it's basically the equivalent of firing up a new phoenix app and running a detached terminal command
			Is there any reason why I can't put my credentials in a random .ex file and then place that file in a git ignore so it doesn't get push to github and then simply import that data to dev.exs
			All I'm trying to do is ensure any "private" data doesn't get included in a push to github. The database will not be pushed.

			Cut those lines out of "config/dev.exs" and paste them into that file instead. Then at the bottom of "config/dev.exs" add this:

			import_config "secret.exs"


			Then finally add to ".gitignore":

			config/secret.exs


			Make sure that those lines are no longer in config/dev.exs before you do your first git commit of that file.
